Shipping & Handling Policy
Orders are normally shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt. For international orders additional information may be necessary depending on the destination. Our carrier contracts round up the weights to the next full pound. To reflect this policy we round up as well. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Canada & Mexico Orders
Nationalization, ad-valorem, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees are not included. VAT may apply. The customer is the importer and is responsible for any paperwork or additional fees charged by the carrier or government.
International Orders
The customer is the importer and must know the import laws of their country. If you prefer to coordinate logistics please contact us before making a purchase. You may be required to pay additional international customs and brokerage fees. Nationalization, ad-valorem, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees are not included. VAT may apply. Grillhaul Corp. does not include any of these fees in the pricing and is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package.
